Should you need to file a "SAFETY EVENT" report during this time, please send an email to VSRPSupport@cssiinc.com or call the VSRP Technical Support Hotline at (202) 449-6360 (option 1) and leave a short voicemail message stating your intention to file a "SAFETY EVENT" report once the system comes back online. Sending this email or leaving this voicemail message will "stop the clock" for events that have a reporting requirement that is within 24 hours of the time an event occurs or you are made aware of an event.
